New customers will be able to sign up for their Rainier View Water account with Xpress Bill Pay after receiving their first statement.
Please note: Customers who already have preauthorized credit/debit cards with Rainier View Water will have this service deactivated by Rainier View Water when they select the auto pay option with Xpress Bill Pay.
